Welcome to West Virginia ... The Taj Mahal of the west -- www.palaceofgold.com high in the hills of West Virginia -- spent the night there.
..
We had the pleasure of meeting Alyce outside Strausburg, PA in front of the Red Caboose Motel.  She told us about her adventure and we were quite inspired.  It had rained on her earlier that day and she was not completely dry yet.  We wished her well on the rest of her trip. --> Just after that the steam locomotive passed by within yards of where we were standing.
*****
Thanks to Al and Geraldine Layton for these two pictures.

Robbie and his Dad check Seno out at the gas station in New Stanton, PA. Purple paint -- popular with my trucker buddies.
